"I was so excited about this bag, I saw it on FP blog and it looked so cute. When I received it, I was horrified that it looked nothing like it is pictured. The handles were super short and flat, not rolled up and long like the picture. It also doesn't have the cute little gold studs and rings, either. Also the bag is surprisingly SMALL for being 19" long. It looked more like a 12" bag in person. I'm 5'6'' and I can carry this bag as a purse!! It is no bigger than my designer handbag which is 12" long. How can one expect to carry this as a travel bag?
I was so extremely angry and disappointed that it was nothing like this stock picture. It was also packaged poorly, too. I sent it back immediately. I'm NEVER buying anymore bags from FreePeople.com ever again."

"I wish that free people would make more bags because they have the vintage look and are not super expensive like the designer bags they offer. This bag is very roomy, nice durable material. The bags I have bought from free people that are made by fp are all durable, long standing and reasonably priced as well. Recommend."
