This bag is so cute, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it, BUT it is so cheaply made, it's quickly falling apart even though I got it less than a month ago. When it arrived, I was very disappointed that the material was so obviously plastic and stiff, but I thought I would give it a chance because it was the perfect size that I've been looking for, and it's too much of a pain to mail back. Before I left the house, the strap broke. There are tiny little rivets holding this bag together and they pop apart all the time. I used a hammer and super glue to fix it, and it seemed to hold. Next, the little straps on the side start popping out, which kind of hold the bag's shape. Slowly but surely, this bag is turning to a pile of cheap synthetic trash. I'm very disappointed because I love shopping at Free People as I have items I've worn and loved for years! I don't like the idea of "throw away" fashion, and I don't mind spending more on something that will last! The original price indicated that despite it's not leather, it should have been well made enough and used hardware that would hold up. I know it's not going be the same as a $400 bag, but c'mon! It didn't make 24 hours without something breaking! I'd rather have one bag that last a few seasons (or at least until spring!) than 5 that fall apart and get thrown away. Sadly, this isn't that bag :(

The straps are not adjustable and it hung a little too long on me. That being said, it is a really soft material, roomy bag, and looks great in person. Recommend.

great bag! a little stiff but i am sure after some wear it will loosen up, hopefully. lots of room for a momma :)
