Cute hat, but bad shipping!

"My fiance gave me this hat for my birthday- it is very cute! However, when it arrived it was completely crushed - there was no protective packaging or anything. We returned it and fp sent another hat which was also crushed- so we returned that and picked it up from a store. The hat itself is adorable (i got the blue), but we were really disappointed in the packaging (or lack thereof)."
