"I do not typically have problems with fp products, but I have had terrible luck with this piece. I ordered one, and had to exchange it because it came with a stone missing. The second one came and a stone fell out after wearing it twice. Unfortunately, the stones are large enough it is very noticeable when they are missing, and there is no way to know where I lost the stone to glue it back in. I was disappointed with this product, as it does not seem to live up to the high standards I have come to expect (and are usually met) from this brand."

"This bracelet is beautiful!! They`ve added perfect embellishments to the traditional friendship bracelet. I got it for a friends birthday about a week ago and she loved it but the metal holding the fabric on one side has come apart. :(. Lucky for her and I, she makes jewellery so hopefully it will be a quick fix. Just a bit of a nuisance.. However Free People do make and create beautiful things and have a very accomodating return policy so I will continue to shop with them for years and years!"
