"This is not a good dress for people with a larger chest. The waiste line cut my boobs in half which made me look fatter than I am. The mesh part did not come down as far as it did on the model. The medium was a little large for me and I'm not that small of a girl. I was way bummed about this dress :("

"I love the look of this dress and was ready to buy in both colors, but alas when I put it on I looked like a sack of potatoes. I sized down to a small. The top portion fit perfect (36A chest). The bottom material of the dress is like a really thin, soft t-shirt. The picture of the model from the back is a good idea of how the dress will lay. I have an athletic frame and am 5'8"."

"I have been considering getting this dress for months now. I finally decided to do it. I saw that reviews said that the dress runs big. I am a 36D on top, usually wear 29/30 in FP pants and am 5"8; I ordered a medium. The dress falls to mid-calf for me, not a very attractive look. If you look at the reddish color on the model, the dress seems to come down to her ankles. I usually have a difficult time finding dresses that fit my bust but even in the medium, the top was too big. The waist was loose and the dress has much more volume than seen in pictures. Really disappointed. I gave it 2, not 1 start because the dress looks lovely on the hanger, just not on me."

"I had been looking for a Greek style dress for a very long time and when I saw this at my local FP store I had to have it...thank god I tried it on first. Im no stick figure ill tell you that, but Im not too curvy either, this dress made me look like a hippo. The sides are swept up so it gave the illusion that my rear and my hips were HUGE!!! my waist looked teeny, but thats the only positive thing. Unless you're tall, thin, and shapeless, I wouldnt recommend purchasing this dress."

"I love the concept of this dress, however it is just way too big and unflattering on me. I am a small 32A and there is just way too much room at the waist and in the back. The lack of support from wearing no bra makes me look completely flat. I recommend this for someone who is a full A cup or small B, though nothing larger for obvious reasons. The bottom doesn't quite hang as well as it does on the model and it definitely makes my butt look big."

"I loved this dress when I saw it in the catalog, but hesitated to order it because it seems so difficult to wear. I ended up getting it in an XS (I am 5'9", 125lbs 32B). Usually I am a small or XS in FP depending on the style, and for this you definitely have to err on the side of smaller. The waist is not super fitting because, as another reviewer mentioned, of all the gathering. The bust is roomy, and part of this has to do with the cut of the mesh V. It is very revealing, and I'm sure if you have a bigger bust it could be too much. The cut in the front combined with the cutout in the back makes it impossible to wear a bra. The entire bodice (including the darker parts, at least in the gray color) is sheer, so you'll want to wear something underneath. I found that you could pair it with a bandeau or tube and then if you want you can wear a strapless bra. I wish you didn't have to, because I think that kind of obscures the beautiful cut of the bodice, but to me it's still worth keeping the dress. I found the bottom to be extremely flattering, but I don't have large hips so I'm not sure how it would fall on a curvier girl. The hem hits about where it does on the model for me. Overall, a beautiful dress, but maybe not the most practical."

"im usually between a medium and a small, closer to the medium side. i weigh 126 pounds and i'm a size 34B bra size. bought this dress in a small and it was HUGE. i read the reviews and saw that it ran large but it REALLY runs large. I ended up just taking it to a seamstress to get taken in but i'm annoyed at how much this dress was starting to cost me. It also only came in 3 weeks after i ordered it (i live in canada) and it was really hard for me to track where the dress was once it reached the border. Overall it's still a pretty dress and it looks good on (although i did get it altered) but i don't know if it was worth the time, effort and money."

"This runs true to size. It is silky, stretchy material bottom and sheer on top. Needs a bandeau or tube under it, or stick on petals. Very nice dress. Just as pictured. Flattering cut."
