"Rated it 5 stars for the 'fringe look', it's well constructed, fits TTS and if the guy in the photo is smiling/chuckling about some of the same things that follow: ...I'm 5'3 ..127 lbs. I ordered S and XS to see what the difference would be and as usual, it's the length. In barefeet the fringe on the bottom is about 2 inches from the floor. And sleeves stop on or slightly above wrist bone not including the netting design for the fringe.I'm keeping XS. FP did a fantastic job wrapping it for shipment. All fringe areas were wrapped individually in paper and then rolled tightly and placed into a close to air tight size plastic bag. I have no clue why I bought this....I have fantasized and wanted it since the July catalogue.. Do not wear this around kittens or young cats, because you are a walking toy to them with the fringe being so long. Embroidery colors are slightly more vivid than photos but close enough. . If I saw it in a store, the colors would do nothing for me. The light blue is difficult to describe, but is pretty. Most people probably would like them. Just a personal thing. Workmanship, sewing quality etc is good. It is sheer which usually DOESN'T bother me and LOOKS polyester, unlike some polyester fabrics that "look like silk". It's the texture I least care for. If you are thinking about using it to keep warm or as a cover up like a robe, you might as well just stay in your underwear. Fringe is almost threadlike. I still REALLY like the robe (?!) ALOT for some reason, and will think about what the heck to wear it with and where later. So that's my new FP project, instead of the usual.... I DON'T HAVE TO ALTER OR REPAIR anything for it to fit. LOL"
"im straight up obsessed with this dress. im 5'8" and weight 130- i bought the medium and it fits perfect. i do wish it came with a slip though so i didn't have to go buy one but this dress is worth it."
"First of all, 5'4", 100 lbs, got the XS, fits like the dark haired model. Fringe doesn't get in the way. Now, I ordered this out of curiosity, thinking, "where in the heck will I ever wear this, but it is so interesting, I cannot help myself". But, upon getting it in the mail, I could not return it, simply not. The embroidery is well done and won't come undone, the fringe and netted part are well constructed, and like the other reviewer, it is a fun piece..can even be a free flowing jacket for warm weather. (It is sheer, but not too delicate fabric, and a nice cover up over anything) Now the price is steep, and I still hear a voice going, "It IS beautiful, but where are you going to wear it?"...it is not a necessity for a wardrobe, but a nice luxury, and worth it. Out of the ordinary, 1920's flapper sort of thing with some hippie vibes...I love it."
"This is a VERY fun piece! I got the large and it fit me well. The fringe ended at my ankles and the length of the dress part landed a little above mid-thigh. The waist ties is very cute and functional, and the embroidery is just stunning. This piece is sheer, but looks great with a layering slip beneath it. My only issue is that my cat tried to attack all the fringe on the bottom... :)"
