"I received these in the mail today and LOVE them! They are beautiful and look exactly like the pictures, except the patent leather part is more of an off-white color. I ordered size 9, my normal shoe size, and while it's a little loose, I don't think it'll be a problem with some thick socks."

"I usually buy a 6 or 6 1/2, but I went with the 6 after reading reviews about these shoes running large. I should have gone with the 6 1/2 because they're too tight when I tie the laces and walk around. :( I deal with the discomfort, however, because these shoes are definitely unique and beautiful. I've received tons of compliments, but you won't see me walking too much with them on."

"these shoes were gorgeous. the patent portion is shiny off-white, and the lace is beautiful. they do run a little large, so i sized down half a size....
however, they don't look like they will last. i'm afraid that the sole will peel off, or that any sort of extended wear will completely exhaust them. i'm contemplating returning them, which is sad because they really are pretty!!"

"I saw these and flipped out. They're perfect for my Fall wardrobe (grandma/saloon-girl chic)! I was so excited to open the box... and (cue sad trombone) they were HUGE. I normally wear a 9, but there was an extra inch of space in the toe box. Back they go! (I'm waiting for the 8.5s to arrive as we speak. I'm hoping for much better luck.)

"Bass runs typically large and wide, these r no exception. The consistency is great tho, as I knew just which sz to order. These shoes are an arty combo of bass saddle shoe prep-classic combined with that romantic boho-lacy look that is so fun and stylish. These r a great addition to my shoe collection!"

"I can't say enough about these fab boots. I love them. They have the comfort and quality the Bass line is known for with the unique and wonderful styling talents of Rachel Antonoff. The patent portions of the shoe are much more cream then the pictures appear, but the matte leather that shows through the lace is white white. They run pretty big. I usually will order anywhere from a half to whole size up in boots, but at my standard shoe size I still have plenty of room in these. I think if you have narrow feet these might not be the best choice. They are comfortable right out of the box and are amazingly well made. The lace is beautiful and the shoes seem very well put together. Really unique and much more beautiful in person."

"I love these boots! They're simply adorable. They come up to my ankle. I ordered the 7.5 and I probably should've gone with a 7 because they're a little big. Still, they have a cushioned sole and are very envy-worthy. I can't wait to wear them to school to show them off!"
