What a total disappointment

"The bag is nothing like it is pictured online. I expected a weathered leather, instead it was like suede, devoid of the character pictured. I understand that each one is unique, but I did not expect an entirely different textile. Moreover it was shipped in a bag, completely squashed and not what a consumer expects when they are spending close to $500.00 on a premium bag......and then when I took it back to the store in King of Prussia, the salesgirl asked me to send it back myself as they do not stock it in the store. are you kidding me?"
