This is one of my fave free people tops that's still appropriate to wear to work. We have a business casual dress code so if you pair it with nice pants+shoes it makes a great working girl outfit. The colors on the "tea" top are lovely and make you feel adorably pretty. I do have to wear a cami under it so it's not too low cut but on my days off it's fine without the cami. If you're a bit busty the "shelf" of the top may be a tad tight but once you get the shirt on+adjust it you'll be fine with your normal fp size. I'm 5"7' 125 (32D) and the small fits fine!

Very sweet top, fits true to size. The grapefruit color is more 'neon' than appears on line.

This is a really beautiful top! I love the flowy sleeves. It's a very flattering top. I bought it in the tea color and can not wait for some warm weather to wear this out!

what you cannot tell about this top online (or i couldn't, at least) is that it's very low cut. since the models are probably A's or B's in the chest, it doesn't appear to be as such. but, this just didn't sit well on me. i ordered my usual size medium (i'm a 34 D). it was fairly fitted in the chest, which was kind of nice because i probably could've gone without a bra if i wanted to - and showed a lot of cleavage. but, the worst part about this shirt was the way the bottom part was cut for me.. it gets wider at the hips in a sort of bell shape. AND the torso seemed pretty short, but not short enough to be cropped (i'm only 5'4") which just made it fall kind of awkwardly. it was not flattering on me... i can't imagine it would be very flattering on anyone who isn't between a size 0 and 4. maybe if i go a size up the fit will be more like the picture.
fitting aside, this top is good quality and soft. the prints/colors are adorable. and the sleeves are cute. i think on the right person this would be look really good (thin, not busty, on the shorter side).. hopefully this works out better for you than it did for me.
