They are ideal for smaller chested women. This halter bra is absolutely PERFECT. I usually wear a small in Free People bras, and this one runs a bit big. I'm a 34B and went with the extra small and the fit is better than any other bra I own. I do have to say that if you are looking for padding or some extra lift, this bra isn't for you. It's made of all lace and mesh with no underwire or push up pads. It is very sheer. I got the ivory color and you can definitely see through it, but that doesn't bother me. I love this bra so much that I'm going to get it in every color. It looks cute with tanks, tees, sweatshirts, dresses. I just love how the lace peeks out under anything you wear it with. IN LOVE. The do work well as a bra cover-up if you are wearing a plunging neckline. The size on these is TTS if not a hair large. If between sizes, I'd size down. 1.29.2011
