"I had the exact same thing happen as the previous review. I fell in-love with this bag and ordered it as soon as it became available. I have been using it and loving it until the belt buckle broke last night.:( I am going to try a new one hoping that it will not happen again."

"I was really loving this bag until an hour ago when the buckle broke so I can't use the strap! For this much money I'm kind of disappointed. I hoping they can send me another one."
