"I got this in navy, and I am 5'6" and I usually always wear XS in free people, but after reading review, I got it in Medium, and I am glad that I did.
I also wanted to have an option of wearing the skirt on my waist as well and hip. By wearing the bigger size skirt, the line on the side lines up right, and also stay closed better and does not fly open.
I like the material, and I do not feel like it is cheap looking. The material is bit more like summer clothes. I recommend this skirt."

"I got this skirt in the white color and I'm quite pleased with it. I love the colors -- think they're as bright and pretty as shown in the photo! And I just *love* the retro look of the wraparound maxi silhouette. I also like the slightly rough weave of the fabric. I think this skirt runs a bit smaller than what I'm used to with FP. I usually get a size L, and I'm glad I did (even though most wraparound skirts are adjustable regardless of size). The overlap when this skirt is tied doesn't cover as much as I'd like, but it still works, and I can always pin it discreetly to prevent too much exposure. I just had a baby and still have a bit of a stomach, so I appreciate the adjustability of this skirt! :-) Overall I think it's very pretty and definitely worth getting."

"I tried the navy on in store but thought it was over-priced, otherwise I loved this skirt! The material is a lot cheaper than its priced. It flows well and i love how it ties.
