Rated 3 out of 5Â by leslieh oddly sized
These are super-cute, but they are very oddly sized. I have 13-inch calves, and they were really, really tight, whereas the waist/hips were a little loose (on the size 26). The bottoms were so tight that I couldn't get them over my feet! I love the print on these, so I'll probably tailor them myself and cut them up the bottom and sew them so there's a split that will get them over my feet. But really, FP?! What's up with this? The red version of these in cords you did a year ago was fit just right . . .

Had to return these since I normally wear a 27 but these were bit at the waist but they are super cute!
Rated 5 out of 5Â by fhg Just all around great!
Love these pants. They look really good on. I sized up because they are narrow at the ankle (as others have noted...). I also got the idea to stitch up the rips from another reviewer, but the tailor suggested putting a patch on the inside, so I could keep the ripped look without there actually be a rip my foot could go through...perfection! I'm 5'4, 115 and wear either a 26 or 27 in FP jeans. I bought these in a 27. They're great...if they get more in, grab a pair quick!

I actually didn't want to love these due to the price, but they're too good to pass up! Fitted without being too tight or too loose around the waist. Funky rock style and colors. I'm 5'5, curvy/athletic body and my usual size 27 fit perfectly (though perhaps could've gone with a 26 as well). Soft material. Definitely recommend these!
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Sandyjoy Plaid pants that don't make ur butt look big
Love these pants! Very comfy & stretchy and even though they r plaid they r extremely flattering. The only thing is that I'm going to do is stitch up the rips because I think it makes them more "junior".
Rated 4 out of 5Â by chelseabeachgal Cool pants--love them!
These pants are running a bit large so if you want a fitted skinny look as is shown on the model, size down.
I am 5 feet 2 inches,85- 90 pounds, 25 inch waist, 33 inch hips--these are running large in the size 26 I have purchased but I want to have them a bit baggy to make room for my needed 10 pound weight gain. I have tried on other size 26 pants that fit me at my skinny weight now, therefore, I was surprised to find these 26 size pants running larger than usual.
I love these pants, the only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5, is they are not low rise--they are mid-rise.
Also, be aware that the bottom of the legs are EXTREMELY tight fitting (even on my tiny frame). This will not be a problem for me as I plan to have them cut at the bottom of my knees. My friend had cut these pants into Bermuda shorts and they look awesome. If you love these pants but can't wear tight bottom legs, cutting them can be a cute alternative.
These pants look better in person than online. The color and quality are very good.
I hope this information helps.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Walled1829 More brown than green
This was my first FP order and I was really excited. I was expecting a green plaid but it turns out cambridge is more of a blue color and these pants are neither color. They are instead more of a murky brown with some hue of black in them; the black btw in them was beautiful. What I did love about them was how comfortable and soft they felt for the few seconds I had them on. I ended up returning them as with my brown skin, they blended in too well. I got recommended the size 30 by Customer service and much like the viewer before, I'm sure if I'd actually did an exchange a 29 would have been better as the 30 was 1.5 inch wide at the waist. I'm not skinny by any means, my measurements are 28" upper waist, 32 waist (on top of hip, I wore these low-rise although they're mid-rise) and 40 hips. I didn't notice any visible slouch either. Being 5'1, I attempted to roll them up to 30" with not luck of a pleasing look but it really wasn't the jeans that got me down about the look. It was the color and it's too bad they had to go back, I wish they had been green because the brown was not at all appealing with my skin tone; I was wearing a red top at the time I tried them on and it wasn't working still. It looked like I was wearing some murky colored jeans. They really were very flattering to my rear and had they been green they would have looked just fine with the extra 4 inches of pant. The knees were great but I could tell one quick slide in and you'd rip them, not a bad remark just really soft pants. The calves were loose and my calves are a size 14 at the widest point and of course the ankles were just fine. I took pictures of the pants and they honestly photograph green, which is odd and understandable why I conceived them as being so. Overall, I highly recommend these jeans!!!!
Rated 4 out of 5Â by ShabbyGypsyCowgirl Very Soft Fabric
These are made by FP. They are stretchy and soft fabric. The legs and ankle were not tight at all in the ones I got. I first ordered a size 30 but too lose in the waist and everywhere from the crotch up. Exchanged for size 29 and fit TTS with perfect fit. No tightness in the legs or ankles as others have posted. These jeans are adorable. The plaid makes them happily different than the jeans hanging in my closet. I can pair them with a solid top of any color. Olive looks great. These plaid pants look exactly like the model's and are well made and comfortable. I am 5'1" and they are a bit long but not long enough that I need to hem them-I just scrunched them a bit. When I saw these I really wanted them. They fit kinda like part boyfriend fit and skinny fit. The reason as if you look at the model's photos you can see that in the crotch area they sag down just a little. Mine fit exactly the same way. Its like they mixed the 2 styles together but they are adorable and they look awesome on. These are a keeper for sure. Love the patched, distressed knees. So vintage looking.
