Two-piece tee with attached halter top underneath. Halter top ties through the upper back of the outer tee, so that it shows a bow at the back. Bottom hem of halter is ruffled and peaks of from underneath the top tee.

i got the xs and i thought it was a cute concept, but in the end returned this top. i'm 5'3", 110lb, 32c and it fit great but was way too short to be a dress. you must wear leggings or pants (not tights). the idea was adorable except the tshirt was made to not show curves so it made me look wider than i actually am, which wasn't flattering. and the bottom skirt part made me feel like a tennis player, which i wasn't really looking for either. it was very soft and comfy though!!

I agree with other users: this is way too short to wear as a dress (even though I'm only 5'3") and the halter is a bit tight on my chest (I'm 34B and bought a Small), but not so that it's uncomfortable.
On the bright side, I think it makes a pretty cute top that I can pair with leggings and without feeling self-conscious of my backside or thighs.

The outfit sounded and looked really cute online, but the halter underneath fits terribly. I'm assuming this is why they covered it up with a t-shirt which really just seems out of place. I am returning this item immediately.

This is way too short to be a dress. I tried to pull down the inner layer to have a little bit more my thigh, then it couldn't cover my bra. The fit just not work. If you want a cute tee. it might work for you.
