"This dress is lovely. Very simple, and then you walk away and people are hit with that slightly low back...BAM! Heheh - just great.
As far as sizing goes, I think this is fairly true to size though it gapes just a little for me in the arm pits. I bought a medium (gotta have room for the hips), but I tend to be a bit smaller on top (so unfair). Nothing a minor nip with a sewing machine can't handle. If I could loose a little hip action, next time I would get a small, but I'm going to love this dress (gape or no gape) all summer long!!

"I tried this dress on in the store and I absolutely love it. i bought the olive color. i also bought a sheer orange top to go with it. It goes great with some sort of sheer or crop top and a long necklace. The small would have fit better if I had more curves. I got the xsmall, which surprised me. but you dont want this dress to be at all loose so i would go a size down. Im 5'7'' and 125lbs. i was happy it was actually long enough for me since most maxi dresses aren't. I've been wearing it with flats, not sure if it is lon enough for any heels though with my height."

"I bought this dress in blue in the store last weekend in an XS since the top fit a little loose on the small (I'm small busted and narrow). However I arrived home and immediately wished I'd gotten the Olive color. So I went back to Free People and exchanged it, I'm really glad I did. It's a much better color in my opinion. The seams are so flattering. The only things I would caution against are that the middle is really unforgiving, so be sure not to eat a big lunch, and it's quite long. I'm 5'9, so and the length is perfect on me. However, anyone shorter might have to get it hemmed. I paired it with one of the FP's lacy bandeau bras, and it's just adorable with flat sandals. Great staple piece, and also seasonless as boots and and a sweater will be adorable for the fall. Great buy for the price!"

Great but A little small

"The color and seaming are gorgeous (I got the olive color). The chest is great, the back is not as low on me as on the model -- unfortunately just low enough that a bra strap will show a little. The midsection is unforgiving, which makes me think twice about it, but I will probably keep it because it is otherwise perfect. The skirt flares out nicely and for me (5'9") just exactly hits the floor in bare feet."
