Rated 4 out of 5Â by rlhanauer Beautiful, not for petites This dress is so gorgeous- I ordered it to try for my wedding dress. However will not work for anyone under 5'6'' I believe. I am 5'1'', 110 and ordered a size 2. The bodice fit perfectly and I loved the dress but returning it. There is no way to alter it to fit to my height. The pretty tulle at the bottom is too complicated to hem up. If it could be custom made for my body type I would order it again in a heartbeat! 5.14.2013

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Kewelle Gorgeous, but a bit large. I just received this dress, and it is gorgeous. The main problem is that it seems to be sized for a runway model, but I think this is pretty par for the course with higher end dresses. I am petite and slender, and usually a size 0 in Free People clothes, but this is too long and too big around. I am hoping that my tailor can fix it for me, because I love it that much. I can see myself getting a lot of use out of it, which would make it worth it. It would be nice, though, if Free People offered a size 00, at least in the limited addition dresses. The only other problem is that it is a bit sheer, but that can be easily remedied with a slip, if you don't mind the extra layer. 5.4.2013

I am 5'2, 110 lbs, 32D or 34C, and I wear mostly XS or 0 in FP. I got 0 for this one and it's perfect. It's a little long, which is expected since I'm very petite, but wearing heels will solve the problem. 4.24.2013

Top does not stretch much. Probably the most beautiful dress I have ever purchased. 5.5 120lbs. Wear with boots and a jean jacket for fun! Get it quick! 4.21.2013

Rated 5 out of 5Â by chickenmama Awestruck! Incredibly gorgeous, stunning, expertly crafted, artistically designed: All of these adjectives only begin to describe this gown! I bought this gown for my daughter's senior prom (yes, I know it's a lot for a prom dress). She didn't think she would like it, even as she was slipping it over her head, she said, "See, I told you Mom, it wouldn't look good". Well the gown settled over her shoulders and hips and magically Mom became the smartest stylist in the world! We both think this dress is perfection! First off, the lace in the body of the gown is very soft and has a little bit of stretch to it. This makes it very flattering in fitting over the bust and waist, and it is extremely comfortable as well. It settles down over the hips in just the right way: it doesn't come down too far to make your bottom look bigger, but it comes down far enough to make your waist look small and your torso long! The skirt is the most brilliant part of this design. It has a lining (the entire length of the dress) and then there is this wonderful ruffled tulle crinoline that gives this dress just the right amount of vintage vibe to make it every girl's (and woman's) dream! The final layer of plain tulle is accented by cutout lace flowers scattered lightly throughout the skirt to add just the perfect touch of whimsy! For comparison, my daughter is 5'3/130 lbs, slender, but curvy and muscular since she is a dancer. She is a 34C and usually wears a Small or a 6/8 in most FP dresses. We got the 8, and it is just a tiny bit big. We can definitely have some minor alterations, but I think I'll order the 6, and see if it fits better. She tried it on with 5" heels, and the skirt just barely brushed the ground, so probably no hem will be needed. This is truly a very unique, gorgeous gown, in every way. My daughter said that she might want to keep it for her wedding some day. It is well worth the money to have such a treasure for her to wear. Don't hesitate to buy this for any special occasion! 4.14.2013
