"It was love at first sight when I saw this dress. I ordered immediatly, hoping for the best with a size 6. I'm normally a 0-2 and the product description said the vendor size 2 is listed as a Free People size 6 (unnecessarily confusing in my opinion.# The dress came labeled as a 2 - it fit pretty well. The bust was a bit loose so I exchanged for a Free People size 4 thinking I would get a vendor size 1 #again, as specified in the product description.) Instead I recieved a vendor size 4 which is a Free People size 10! I'm swimming in this size. At this point I'm giving up. It's a big disappointment because I saw so much potential in this dress, but it's not worth the aggrivation of trying to get the right size... again. I should also mention that the quality of the material the dress is constructed of does not justify the price. The only reason I was willing to pay was because of it's unique shape."

"so i ordered a 6, then got a 2 in the mail. i was frustrated, but when i tried on the 2, it fit pretty well, was just marginally tight. so i called customer service and told them about the error and asked to be sent a 4 instead of a 6. just got that, and i got a size 1! THEY DONT EVEN MAKE THIS IN A SIZE ONE!!! obviously too small and not even a real size, i called custmoer service back very frustrated. since the 4s are now sold out (thanks a lot free people) i had them send me a 6. lets hope they finally get SOMETHING right. ridiculous free people! get it together!!! as far as the dress itself goes, it is gorgeous, great form fitting material, and covers the breast area much better than i thought it would originally when i ordered it. would have been 5 stars if i didnt have so many issues with sizing. now if i could just get this EXPENSIVE company that ive spent THOUSANDS of $$ with to send me the CORRECT ITEM we'd be good to go."

"After having my eye on this FOREVER I pounced on it when it went on sale. It's made so well and fit me like a glove. Since I'm usually around a size 4/6 I got both just to make sure I didn't get the wrong size. The 4 was the perfect fit which is why I think it might run just a tiny bit big. You do need something in the chest area to keep it up. (in reference to the prior review) Don't wait an other day- grab it now before someone else does!!!"

"I find a lot of times with these Aussie brands the size is more TRUE as the USA is vanity sizing galore. There should be a 0. "Technically" the conversions would work but I find generally a lot of these brands run bigger. I found one that was marked a size 2 on the inside (it said 6 on the price tag which was hand written). I was curious if they marked it that because the 2 does not fit like a 0 it fit like a 4 lol. I figured since there was no 0 that the 2 was going to be small. Nope. You also need to have round, medium size perfect boobs for this dress. If you have tear drop, pointy or far spread breasts you may not be covered by the top material. I would never not wear a bra under this especially since it is kinda sheer. I wasn't as "wow'd" as I thought I would be. It is not as luxe or expensive looking as I was expecting. When I first saw it on Karlie Kross I fell in love....but she is also 5'11 and 90lbs wit not curves. It looks very diff on me....and I am still pretty tiny! This dress def fits only one body type....not mine that's for sure! lol. I personally love FP's Vegan leather body con over this!"
