Rated 3 out of 5Â by JBun Not For Me I was really looking forward to getting a nice casual, yet unique maxi-dress for everyday wear. Out of all the items I'd ordered, I assumed this would definitely be the keeper, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. One of the other reviewers was correct--this dress is unforgiving of any imperfections. Not what you'd expect in how it is portrayed on the model seeing that there is a bit of "slouch" in the pictures and from my previous experience with Free People maxi dresses. Maybe it's just better for the smaller chested and/or taller ladies that don't have that "last 5 pounds" they want to get rid of. However at 5'3" with an hourglass figure (34 C/D bust) this dress fit me all wrong. Too tight in the front, too loose in the back with the material just not sitting well. If I went up in size, the back would have been even worse and the front probably would have ended up looking a bit sloppy. I know it probably isn't very easy considering the materials, but a bit more structure to the dress (like the other maxi dresses I've bought here) likely would have alleviated the issues that I had with this dress. ::Sigh:: Back to my search for an everyday maxi... 2.6.2013

Rated 4 out of 5Â by NinjaGirl Beautiful but Long I purchased this in the washed black and it looks like it does online and fits pretty tts. The fabric is soft and stretchy, and slightly unforgiving as far as showing off all of your lumps, bumps and panty lines. There is a thin black lining that is stitched in above the bustline that hangs down to about mid thigh, but the cutout lace part under the arms is not lined. I'm a petite at 5'2" so this dress is super long on me, but not a problem since the hemline is unfinished and easy to trim. Super cute and comfy on, I can wear it now with a cardigan and boots while I wait for spring to hurry up and come! 1.28.2013
