"I got this in charcoal. It is floaty and drapes well and it skims over curves. The colour is also very flattering-its slightly lighter than on screen, and goes well with everything. The material is soft and will be a great layering piece."
"I bought the navy last year (ASOS) and the taupe color now. I like the hi-lo hemlines and raw edges. The fabric is soft and comfy. These are my favorite cardigans!!"
"LOVE this! Super soft and cozy, and the cardi drapes quite well. I love the slouchy pockets and while my regular size fit like on the model, I went a size up to get a tad more length. (I'm only 5'2" and one size up really did make this a true maxi in the back which I love!)"
"I ordered the charcoal and while what I received is okay, it is NOT charcoal. It is not any of the other colors either. It is a light grey. I'm disappointed since I prefer darker colors, but more than that, it's not cool to sell and send out an item that is completely different to the color description online - it's not good practice."

Hello, we had our warehouse pull this item and confirmed that the color matches what we have online. It may be possible that the wrong color was sent to you. Customer service should be in touch soon to assist with a return of the item you received. This sweater did come in silver, so we think you may have received the wrong color by mistake. We'll be happy to fix this for you. Sorry for any inconvenience!
"The material is light and delicate. Perfect for spring and summer. I sized up from medium to small for bust. Very cute easy look that is light as well."
"beautiful, cozy, flattering, cute & sexy ... EVERYTHING! I'm in love. I want every color!!! Classic FP laid-back style...raw edges, boho vibes......sigh. so in love."
"I think the last reviewer missed the point of this cardi.... it's supposed to be slightly unfinished and carefree. That's the point! To feel effortless and breezy. To me, the unfinished hem is one of my favorite features... it actually accents that California cool feel.
That being said, I don't find the fabric "cheap" at all. Again, they missed the point. It's meant to be lightweight and airy. You can throw it on and layer it all four seasons of the year. That's why I love it so much, especially living in "griddle an egg on the sidewalk" Texas.
In fact, because it is so lightweight, I was really concerned that it would easily lose it's shape.. I have a tendency to run my favorite items into the ground. I've worn this thing obsessively.. rolling sleeves up, down, folding them... worn it as a layer, as a dress... no matter what I do, the fabric pulls back and retains its shape... which in such expensive products is a big concern.. you want longevity.
In the six months or so that I've owned this, I have probably gotten a year or two's worth of wear out of it, and I'm tempted to repurchase it in the same colors I already own just in case they stop producing it! Ha.
Also: I work as a fashion photographer, and I have consistently received compliments from stylists, models, and art directors about this cardigan. I think because it is so lightweight it seems to "go" with so many more things than some of my heavier cardigans. It's just such a breezy layer. And I've found that it looks great with jeans and a vintage t, with sundresses, with maxi dresses, with leggings... even as it's own dress (albeit with a layer because its too sheer otherwise.
This is one of the most versatile pieces of clothing I've bought. It just adds such an effortless cool to so many outfits and it's so comfy.
If you want something that looks great but like you "aren't trying"... then get this. Super versatile. Lightweight. I love the flutteryness of that fishtail hem."
"Perhaps my expectations are too high. But I would like to see a garment that costs this much to be actually hemmed. Although the raw edges of this knit are unlikely to unravel, would it be too much to ask for a clean finish? Also, the fabric seems to be a little cheap looking. I purchased the Charcoal and had high hopes for the garment. I love the shape and fit of the cardigan and will make my own based upon this one. Mine, however, will be of much better fabric and construction. Overall, I'm disappointed in the quality."
