So Much Better In Person. Two chest zippered pockets, moto details around shoulders and waist, zips up asymmetrically, 2 snap button closures around collar. Best part: so so soft and light, due to the fact that its not leather, but still is a very substantial jacket.
5'7", 32b, 27 waist, 36 hips. Normally a size 4 but I ordered a 6 when I saw measurements online and it literally is a perfect fit, zippered up and open.
It really is much much cooler in person. It's rugged and the vegan leather looks like the real deal. I could not believe how much better it looked in person - many details are not visible in the studio shots.
I'm just over the moon.

 by rengelee1 Pretty sexy!
I read all the reviews before ordering my vegan leather motorcycle jacket and decided to take a chance. I was able to try the jacket in a size 2 and decided the 4 would work better (I am normally a size 4-6). When the jacket arrived, it fit great, even over a thick shirt! My only disappointment thus far is that the liner is truly of a cheap and insubstantial fabric. Like so many other people who've had problems, I expect it will rip out easily along the seams. I'm still undecided whether the jacket is worth it under the circumstances...The hood is quite large, but that's better than too small. The sleeves are nice and long and the style zipped up is flattering. The faux leather is soft and has a little weight to it. My jacket has just the tiniest amount of distressing (more like a little bit of white rub) along the zipper. The "leather" has a crumpled style along the upper part of the zipper and can be molded a bit. A nice faux leather jacket, just wish for the money that FP could have sprung for better liner fabric.

Stats: 108-110 pounds; 32C; purchased a size four so I could layer if it gets chilly
Good: Great look; love the hood and the snaps which adjust the collar and change the style; the product exchange was smooth; excited about a vegan jacket that looks like leather
Bad: I had to exchange because the lining fell apart at the armpit. I thought this was an individual manufacturing flaw but when I received my new one (which was distressed slightly differently but still aesthetically true to the picture) it fell apart in the lining after one wear. I am not a big armpit woman so I figure it must be a construction flaw.
This is my first purchase from Free People and although I love the fit and look I question whether the quality is worth the price.
I wonder if their other clothing has the same issue since this was my first purchase from this company.
Overall: Love the style; Looks like leather but breezy for fall weather; Disappointed in the quality but I will keep the jacket since I hate having to return anything and I do love the fit and look.

This jacket is amazing. I have a hard time buying FP outerwear because they tend to be on the pricer side, but not this jacket. It is worth every penny I spent on it and more. This is the best looking "vegan" leather jacket I have EVER seen. It looks like leather, and more importantly it feel like leather. It is buttery soft and matte finished, super high quality. It fits great, most jackets like this are tight in the arms and under the arms, but it has so much movement while still being fitted. I am 5'4" and 110 lbs and I got the 0 and it fits perfectly. the hood is detachable which is really awesome. The front has wiring in it so you can bend the flaps to fit how you want them, and they never flop in and look weird. The quality is so good I can tell I'm going to wear this jacket for a very long time.

I have always wanted a motorcycle jacket, but because its such a huge investment ($$$) I've never bought one. I was super excited when I saw this vegan moto for a great price and went for it. The "leather" feels great, the fit is cute, and the hood looks awesome! As far as sizing, it's confusing. Other reviews are all over the place and it's tough to tell what to do. Some women want more room, some want a tight fit. I'm 5'6", about 127 lbs., 32C (I wear a small top and 27 or 28 jean) and I went with size 6. If I lived in LA, I might have gone for a size 4, but I would have only been able to fit a tank or little tee underneath. I live in Chicago, and jacket/tank weather lasts for about a week! The size 6 gave me a little extra room for layering without looking like it was too big. I can't wait to wear it!!

by HollyJune It's so perfect I never want to take it off.
I love this jacket. I've been eyeing it for some time and decided to finally pull the trigger. It is softer and less shiny than pictured and I consider that a huge plus. It has that diagonal zip that I just love, and the material is really nice considering it's not real leather. There are small distress marks on the cuffs and the edge of the zipper, which are consistent with the style of the jacket and definitely aren't glaring, but if you're looking for something a little more pristine, this might not be the jacket for you. I'm 5'7", 115 lbs, 32C and I got a 2. It fits perfectly, flattering and not boxy. It's roomy enough to move around in, comfortably zip, and wear a thick sweater or sweatshirt underneath. A 0 would have fit, but I don't think it would have been as comfortable or versatile. The hood is large, which is rare. It definitely covers your whole head, and would be perfectly functional in the rain if need be. The jacket itself is a little shorter than I expected, it sits just above my hips, but it doesn't take away from it at all. My one and only complaint, which I will get over I'm sure, is that there is no functional pockets.

My husband bought this for me as a birthday present and I love it! It is soft and supple - pretty close to the real leather jacket I already own. It is figure flattering due to the cut and styling, giving it a touch of femininity. This will be an essential piece to my wardrobe and will get a lot of use. I highly recommend it! And in any of the colors. You can't go wrong! As for fit, it is true to size - not the normal FP sizing where you usually have to size down. For reference, I am 5'7", 128 lbs, and have a slim, athletic build. I went with a size 6.

I was planning on ordering this online, but luckily I found it in store. I think it looks a lot better in person (less wrinkly). It is super comfortable and a size 0 fit me perfectly. I am 5'2" 115 lb 32D, size 0/25-26. I've been looking for an expensive looking, dress up and dress down leather jacket for ages and am so glad I finally found one I love!!
