This jacket is part of our special Fp One collection. The designer for Fp One has lived in India for 20 years. While there, she became inspired by how the beautiful Indian workers worked so effectively from their homes and used traditional hand crafted techniques. She found herself joining these workers and getting involved in the process alongside them. Her hands on design approach helped bring a modern touch to the traditional techniques that these women used. Together, they created unique designs that mix both old world and new world aesthetics. A lot of the design details used on the Fp One garments stem from the decorating ideas that came from the design elements in our very own Free People stores, such as the patterns, prints, colors, and embellishments found on hangers, curtains, furniture covers, and mannequins.

"Love this coat. Looks great. It is very soft and warm, original and very comfortable ! I am wearing it day after day. Got compliments on "where do you buy this coat". It looks just like the photo. I have a 174 cm. I bought size M. Very satisfied !"
"This jacket is um-mazing! It's super warm and super versatile. Between the two sides you can wear it with pretty much everything. I didn't even like it until I tried it on in store-just for fun- and fell in love with the way it fit. I knew I had to have it. The only negative are the front buttons- there are only two of them."
"The back part was completely different (see the picture - on a pink thin cotton, poor quality embroidery). The coat itself was ok, even if a little bit short and boxy. Such a waste of money.... (because I sent back but my pack was returned to me)"
"I love this coat- I have since the moment I first set eyes on it. I'm 5'10, 111lbs, 32,23,33 and XS is perfect. The beautiful embroidery is the main attraction, but by showing it and wearing the fur inside, you can wear sleeveless shirts and not feel the cold that you would with every other coat - and I live in the Poconos in PA. Get this. It's timeless, special, and just amazing. I feel so happy every time I wear it."
"This coat is really interesting. The details are awesome and unique. I tried a large and it fit pretty well, but maybe a bit too boxy. Also, I felt the fur side was too bushy when I reversed the jacket. This coat is very cool, but the fit just did not work for me. Also, I feel that the closure is not nearly secure enough: it's basically a hook and eye closure. The embroidery truly is the most amazing aspect of the coat and mine was very similar to what is pictured."
