"as other reviewers have said, the embroidery and detailing on this dress is beautiful and it appears to be very well made-- lined, nice thicker white cotton, really cool back detail. However, it just didn't fit quite right-- the top was perfect-- my usual size XS/2. However, the bottom was too billowy and puffy and long-- combined, the dress just didn't work for my 5'3" frame. too bad, i really wanted to love it! instead, had to send it back..."

Lovely but...

"This dress is so beautiful--embroidery is stunning and very well done; the lining feels like silk and is light and feminine. HOWEVER, the dress ran HUGE. i am usually a 6 or an 8 (s or m depending) and larger in the hips and bust. This was swimming on my bust and made my hips look ridiculously wide. I would order the XS, but I think I will wait and see if this goes on sale. The cutout in the back is subtle and fun--and you can wear a strapless bra with this no problem. Very beautiful, but sizing is off."
