"The size medium skirt when laid flat measures 13.5 inches acrossâ?¦ but the fabric provides an easy 7 inch of stretch! That is a LOT of wiggle room! Other reviews claimed the skirt is narrow, but mine felt nothing close to tight even around my 36 inch hips! My â??girlsâ?? 34 B are simply not enough to hold the skirt up as a dressâ?¦ I would need to size down for that look. The dress is called â??semiâ?? sheer, however, that applies only to the colored portions, the black part of the skirts is plain SHEER for some reason. Maybe itâ??s just the luck of the drawl, but my skirt was not nearly as bright as the one shown. Mine had a lot brownish/goldâ?¦ not bad, just meh. Overall, itâ??s just not worthy of my loveâ?¦ but we could be friends."

Beautiful skirt for a great price!!

"I have wanted this skirt ever since it appeared on the website, and when it went on sale I knew I had to snag this up fast! So I'm only 5'4" and I can easily wear this as a skirt, all I have to do is fold the waist band in half and it is the perfect length, the back just skims the floor if I wear flats. As a dress it is really cute but its loose and I feel like its going to fall. I should have sized down to an XS. I have the whole outfit she's wearing in the picture and it is so cute! I'm glad I was finally able to get this beauty. And for the fellow short gals out there, do not be scared of the length of this, you can make it work!!"

"Everything so beautiful and perfect!!! Cant believe its on sale!!!!! Wear it either as a dress or skirt! It does look amazing!!!! I am 5'4 XS hit 1 inch above my ankles wearing as a dress and would hit the floor as a skirt - guess I have to get a pair of wedges for this babe. I have been hating on wedges/heels but will def get one just for this skirt. Oh my so pretty."

"great layering piece. this skirt is completely see through so you must wear a slip or spandex shorts underneath. The flowery material is sheer and "crunchy" not silky, if that makes any sense. Beautiful fabric from india. I actually fold over the top and wear it as a dress more often because the front hits above my knees for the mini affect and the back flows longer past my knees.
I'm a size27/28 pant with 26 inch waist- pear shaped and the XS fit great. the black part is very flexible and not tight at all. Any bigger and it would not fit my bust as a dress. so i would size down if your bust isnt huge.
The front is ALOT shorter than the back which makes it unique and able to show off your shoes of choice. Also, it's shorter than other maxi skirts and dresses that i've gotten in XS before (chiffon skirt, directions in lace maxi, miles of henly maxi dress too). Better for shorter girls.

"and let me just say right now that you have to look past all the possible flaws and just get it because it is absolutely stunning! i waited and waited for this to go on sale and when it finally did i snagged my usual xs. i was very very skeptical about this based on all the other reviews. i was anticipating not being able to even wear this as a dress, but decided to try it anyway and i am soo glad i did. first of all, the pattern is gorgeous! i would keep this as a decoration even if i couldn't wear it! i didn't even try to wear it as a skirt and immediately pulled it up over my chest to wear as a dress and omg, its perfect! wearing it like this makes it a perfect length maxi dress for my 5'1 self. if i wanted to wear this as a skirt, i'd probably have to pull it up to just underneath my chest in order for it to not reach the floor, so yeah, its really long. the tube part was also a little bit big on me, so you might want to size down. also, the floral part is see-through, so you'll be needing a slip of some kind. petite FP girls, don't be scared of this, give it a try, i think you will love it!"
