"i saw this cardi and fell in love with it. being in Canada, i knew it would take some time to ship to me. i read all the reviews about the 3 buttons, and i thought that it was just a fluke. right? wrong. i received my item today , and it had 3 buttons. i ordered the small - i should have ordered the xs (i am 5'5 and 145 lbs). the sleeves are long for me (and i have long arms) and it is quite roomy. when i logged int to write this review i noticed a new line on the product description indicating that the sweater has 3 buttons. it would have been nice to know this before i ordered it in mid-January. I am not sure if i will return it, since it looks ok on me if i don't do up the buttons."

"I just received my box full of free people goodies and I am swooning over them!!! However, the Treasured Days Cardigan is a puzzle to me. I also, as another reviewer did, received the oatmeal sweater not as pictured with 5 buttons but rather 3. The fit, I do believe, is effected by the lack of buttons. It is beautiful soft sweater but does not fit me well...extra long sleeves and a huge upper body area coupled with missing buttons make it something I will probably not wear. I am going to call a customer representative and see if this is the case with all of these sweaters. If this is just a mistake then an exchange might solve the problem."

"I bought the oatmeal sweater in an XS. I'm only 5'1" and about 103 lbs. The sleeves are a big long but it's such a pretty sweater. Like another reviewer said, there are only 3 buttons and holes. If you look at the photos online, some of the sweaters are pictured with 3 and others with 5. Can't figure it out. I'm still wondering if I should keep it (hasn't been worn). It feels so nice but I wish it had the 5 buttons vs. the 3."

"Let me start out by saying that I adore this sweater. Paired with some leggings, it's cute and comfortable. That being said, the sweater is long enough for me to wear covering my butt. I'm 5'3 and I got a small. The sleeves are a tad long, but it adds to the oversized look. Also, like someone else mentioned, my sweater only had three buttons. Maybe they all do? I don't really think it takes away from the sweater, I still love it!!"

"I purchased the "oatmeal" colored sweater, and I like it. However, it looks like the sweater I bought is defective as it has 3 oddly spaced buttons sewn on it with only 3 buttonholes, and all the pictures on the website has the sweater displayed with 5 evenly spaced buttons! It doesn't bother me too much, but I don't know if the sweater I bought was just a fluke, or if there's more out there like it, so make sure to look out for this if you're going to purchase."
