Its my mistake for ordering this- I missed the NEON bit in the item description header! I have it in pink and it really is neon! I hate the neon trend intensely, so its not Free People's fault that I will not wear this top outside :-D The material is comfy and the fit is slouchy. so great for neon lovers in summer!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this tee surprised me! I don't even usually like pink, but I put this on, and it hangs SO WELL for the style. Really happy I tried it out. I'm hoping FP comes out with more colors!!

I purchased this in neon spearmint and it truly is a screaming neon yellowish green. The fabric is soft and stretchy, not see through, and the fit is pretty roomy yet it hangs well without ballooning. There aren't any real "sleeves" since the front is just a single piece of fabric, and there is a seam running down the center of the back. Cool and comfortable on, it will be a great summer tee. Here are the measurements for the XSmall I received:
length from back of neck to hem: 24 1/2"
bust (all around): 41"
side neckline to end of "sleeve": 7 1/2"
armhole opening: 6"
