I ordered the Ivory and it is beautiful. I'm going to order a couple more! However, my usual size is small and based on the measurements I decided to order up to a medium. I'm glad I did. I compared the size Medium Synergy Cuff to my size Small Kyoto cuff thermal and they are exactly the same length on body, sleeves, and width. This thermal does run one full size small.

The Ballerina color is the most delicate shell pink color , absolutely exquisite ! The cuffs on this thermal are lovely , I really like the way FP glams up such a simple top by adding these cuffs . I have a collection of the thermals now and they are my go to layering piece. The nicest thing is that i can throw this on over a dress on an evening out and still look elegant . Out of all the thermals i have i do have to add that this one runs small so do size up . Another winner ~

I'm really enjoying the thermals from FP this season to keep me warm and cozy. The designs are truly beautiful and can be dressed up or down. Bought two Free Kyoto Cuff Thermals in S that I tried at the Dallas store but they didn't have this one so I bought 2 Synergy thermals online: ballerina S and ivory M (after reading the reviews and following the advice to size up) The reviewers that suggest to size up are right, the M fits perfectly and the S is going back since its super tight.
FYI I'm 1.65 cms (5'5) 57 kilos (125 pounds)
Sizing this brand is always a bit complicated since it seems sometimes sizes in different colors also run differently.

This thermal is great, it can be worn alone because it is pretty substantial or as a base layer because it is very fitted and stretchy. I am 5'7'' 135lbs and 36DD and I purchased a Medium. I say this is true to size because it's a fitted top and while I generally where a small or xsmall in free people it's only because I like my tops more fitted than they are meant to be. So, that being said, I fit into a small but I think the arm length and body length would be shorter. Since this top is fitted and stretchy, I would say that even if you were to size up, it will still be fitted...you could size down but I think you would lose length in the arms and torso... I like my cuffs to come down over my hands and the medium does this for me.

This doesn't really need another review, but i will say i buy a FP thermal every winter and this is my fave cuff thermal to date because of the comfort and fit of the arms. The old cuff thermals where too long and clingy in the arms, i think. I also got this in my usual size and would not size up. All colors are beautiful.

I've been wanting one of these shirts for a while and I finally ordered one. Love everything about it but the sizing. I ordered a medium as I wanted it to not be too tight. I'm 34c with a 27" waist(I think-it's been a while since I measured the ole waist). I'm usually fine with smalls and mediums in Free People items, but this was really tight. And, I bought the ivory color, so my bra, minimal bulges and all are very visible. Ewe. So, I'm going to go switch it for a large.

I purchased the blue, and it really is a lovely colour! FPs thermals are so comfortable-I could sleep in them. They have spandex in
them, so they are really giving. In the picture the ribbon in the lace cuffs looks shimmery. In
person, it is not like that. But, I like their cuffed thermals, I kept it. I have sooooo many of FPs thermals. I am ready for the cooler-cold weather! I just cannot pass the new ones up! I just purchased 2 more! I cannot wait until they arrive! I already know how and with what I am going to layer them with. And with my yearly Amsterdam trip coming up; I am almost ready! I love Amsterdam and Free People! I've noticed from
Catalogs FP does TOO! If you are considering this top, get it, you will love it. A GREAT LAYERING piece!

I normally wear a size medium in Free People thermals (36-29-40) and, with the exception of the Thermal Trimmed Scoop that came out years ago, the sizing has been about consistent. I decided to size up in this thermal to a large in the olive and red colors after reading the reviews. Not only do they fit huge, but the crochet detail bulges out too. There was a lot of extra fabric under my arms and in my belly area, plus they were both longer than all of my medium thermals (with the olive color being the longest for some reason). I feel it would look more like the picture if I had bought my normal size. Granted, I bought my thermals elsewhere and not directly from Free People, so maybe the stock was different? I'm slightly disappointed by the crochet detail but I'm going to send these back for my regular size.
