I got this shirt in the sandy color, and it is slightly darker than the picture. But the material is so thin that you can see everything through it, even with a nude bra. I was hoping for more of a thermal from the look of the pictures, or at least something that I could wear with any bra color. Also I am 5'7" and I got a medium, which is much too short for me. The shirt ends in the front just at the top of my jeans, and the sides rise above to show my waist. Over all not what I had hoped for.

Just got my Every Girl Henley in a S and was instant love- with a surprising wow coming out my mouth in front of the mirror. Is it possible for a basic Henley to be sexy? Yes its thin fabric but its not cheap thin, just fine material thin. Its super soft and hugs you in all the right areas. slinks over shoulders and bust, drops off over the hips. I have a little bit of post winter muffin top in my jeans at the moment (time to exercise for summer I know!), this henley kicks out over it at just the right spot! the loose edge with the extra 'spill' doesn't hug this area or cling to the jeans' waist. So thats a Winner! Wear a cotton based seamless bra and the visible line damage is very minimal. Also when you do the buttons up at the wrists - its a true S wrist fit #ie will actually sit firmly at the wrist# and the sleeves folder over it a little bit for a small cute bell sleeve effect - or you can roll up like the pic on here# Love it, I'm getting more

I have a weakness where henley's are concerned so naturally I had to order this one. 5'8'' 128lbs size S, Sand. As I like to say this top is "Free People soft", airy and light, it flows over your body in the sexiest devil-may-care way. The fabric is thin, I enjoy wearing mine with the galloon lace racerback bra, it looks like I have a cute little camisole underneath. This top is roomy as most FP tops are. The fabric is a bit delicate, I'd recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry.Pair with a long gold chain and a beanie...effortlessly cool. I just ordered the black in XS to attain a closer fit.

Purchased this to go under the leopard sweater for fall. I ended up returning the sweater, but kept this as it's such a signature piece. Very light material, which makes it casual but sexy. It is a little tight and not as long as most FP pieces.

I got the SAND MEDIUM and at 5'5 140 lbs this shirt has PLENTY of room to spare. Fortunately I bought it for layering and I don't mind tied the excess fabric in a knot on the side. Yes it is rather see through so again you will have to layer a camisole or tank top under it. I don't know how the models have no bras on, its gotta be photoshopped because in reality you would have a wardrobe malfunction. The fabric is soft and the cuffs at the wrist are rather fitted yet snug so the sleeves come down all the way comfortably. Not quite worth $58 but a good staple piece you will get a lot of use out of.

I chose true to size because it is, for most clothing companies..it's a bit small for free people sizes. I expected the fabric to be a bit thicker and the shirt to be longer like similar shirts I have from FP, but chose to keep them anyways. I just received them two days ago and I bought the black and sand. I wore the black the day I received it and washed it yesterday with air dry. It seems the fabric shrunk just from being washed :(.. the sand color will be going back. A bit disappointed.
Rated 3 out of 5Â by brookeT good cut, flimsy fabric
I like the cut & style of this henley but I doubt it's going to last long, the fabric is so thin and flimsy it'll have to be handwashed carefully to last any time. Not as loose as I had hoped for either. I kept it, but only just!

I ordered this shirt in sand and black and they look great. The trim around the neckline of the black is actually charcoal grey which I couldn't tell from the pictures online, but it still looks good. I'm a size small in most brands so I ordered smalls in these as well. The fit is a little loose but flattering. As others have commented the material is thin, so it will definitely require layering in the colder months. It will be a great transition piece heading into fall.
