"I love this dress although it is a little short for me. I'm 5'6'' 112 pounds and i got a small. It was a little tight and short but if i wear tights underneath i think it will work out, otherwise it was a great buy!"

"The purchase of this dress was a bit of a gamble for me because I bought it on line. I took the gamble because I own a different Free People form fitting dress that is very flattering. The other reason is that the fabric was described by more than one reviewer as warm and comfortable which for me trumps most other attributes. I am 5 feet tall and not rail thin but in decent shape for my age and this dress is great.The mid thigh length is perfect for me. If you are taller you might want to size up for length if that matters to you, or you can wear it as a tunic with leggings. This dress is both elegant and sexy and I like it so much I am considering buying it in the red combo."

It is not too short for me (I am 5'5" and 110 lb), it is about 4 inches over the knee.

"I bought the black blue. I would say get larger if want length because this needs to be pulled down hard at 165cm/62kg to make it a dress, fine with leggings though. Beautiful rich feel. I have tried it folded half in and slipped down off shoulder - looks nice. I don't want to take it off to try on my other item."

"This dress runs true to size. I usually wear a 6 in FP dresses so I ordered a medium. The dress has a clingy fit. It is about the length on me that it is on the model and I am 5'. The fabric is very warm and has a beautiful design. I was very happy with this purchase."

"I absolutely have no idea how anyone could wear this as a dress.. I usually wear an xs or s in tops or dresses (5'3, 120, small on top with a butt and hips), always an xs in bodycon and I ordered a s in this piece. It is gorgeous: great material (warm and super soft) and hugs all the right curves, but i tried it on and it came to just below my hips and wouldnt even cover my butt.. it was pretty fitted considered i'm right between sizes and most smalls are usually roomy on me.. I would def. recommend this, just dont be disappointed if it doesn't work as a dress."

"This was a nice surprise! Substantial fabric on this one, it's definitely a winter item! Love the way it hugs the body, it's very flattering. It's versatile as it can be worn as a dress, a top or worn as a tunic over leggings. I would have purchased both colors if my size was available. Fits tts."
