"I really wasn't sure if I was going to like this dress when I bought it but I gave it a shot becuz i needed a black dress. I was so happy to get it and see how well it fit. And the material was much prettier than I expected from the photos. It has a nice silky lining and a cute crocheted bust. Fits me like a glove in XS and is adorable with heels. I've already received a bunch of compliments in it. The only minus, if you're busty it might not work for you as I am not that voluptuous and it was very snug on top for me. But for petite girls, its perfect!"

"First off, this dress has AMAZING detailing - super-stretchy lacy material. That being said, the straps are very delicate and the bust area fits tight. I sized up to a S instead of usual XS though I'm only a 34A. Anyone in a B cup or wider ribcage area would likely need a medium at least. On me, the length was as on the model but I'm 5'10". There is a very soft black slip that is sewn into the dress at the bust. Highly recommended, just keep the sizing issue in mind."

"I recommend to size up. While this dress is stretchy it seems to run tight, especially in the bust area. If you are larger busted I recommend to size up. I am a 36c. The dress itself is just as pictured and double lined. Has a winter feel, so you can layer it with tights and a jacket for cold weather. Will also carry you into spring."

"Knock it off FP. This dress is easily a foot longer in person than pictured on the web. (Or you found a 6'5" model in which case you should SAY SO! Seriously, tell us how tall these girls are, tell us what size they are wearing, and tell us what their stats are. Failure to do so will continue in low star ratings when I feel as if I was intentionally deceived by the styling of the garment.) This dress hit me about 2 inches above the ankle. It was like Little House on the Prairie does bodycon. Incase you're wondering, it's NOT a good look. Ever. For anyone. True, I'm 5'2", but the difference in length should NOT have been that stark. The top seemed looser than the body which was also weird. If you get this, go with your usual size. The dress is clingy, so I wouldn't size down for any reason. If you are curvy, I'd pass on this, it's not going to do you any favors."

"This dress is absolutely amazing. I love the crochet. Be careful though! I feel it's very delicate and could snag on anything! The dress is lined, so it feels warm. I love this dress and it looks amazing on! I bought the XS, for reference, I am 5'6, 114. I have a very small chest as well. 32A."

"Tried this in a Small and actually did not care for the way it looked on me. I am 5'3 34D 25" waist 33" hip bone 36" full hip. It's a beautiful dress online but on me it was not wow."

AMAXING DRESS!!!!

"tru to size...adorable...a bit long for me..I am 5'1"...but am having it hemmed just a bit...purchased it a a FREE PEOPLE store and flipped when I saw it...looked even better ON!!! A must..you can dress it up or down!! Just wore it Sat eve with over the knee black boots..hem covered the boots and I loved the way it looked..threw on a short black leather jacket and WOW!"
