Rated 3 out of 5 by beautiful shoes but left and right don't match I usually wear size 5.5 in flat shoes and tried these in the smallest size available, 36, in the red and the gray. I was afraid they would be too big, but they fit just fine. Of course, being espadrilles, they will probably stretch. Both colors are very pretty, but I liked the red a bit better because there was not as much variation in the color of the stitching. On the gray pair, the stitching varies from almost navy to pale blue-gray to the same color as the shoe. The pair I received had a very dark medallion on the front of one shoe, and a light one on the other. They looked like they came from two completely different pairs of shoes! The red stitching varied from a medium red to an oxblood color, and the medallions on the front were luckily the same color, but one was placed right at the toe and the other right at the top of the shoe (you can see something similar in the photo of the red shoe). I didn't notice it immediately, but once I did, I knew it would drive me crazy. Maybe it's just the pairs I received, so I wouldn't want to tell people not to buy them, but - you've been warned! If this wouldn't bother you, get them. They are pretty and unique, and the fit is good. I just want mine to look more alike. So for now, I'm returning both pair. Should I order another red pair, three times is a charm? Wish there was a store near me so I could try them there. 5.21.2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by BEAUTIFUL! These shoes arrived in the mail today. I ordered the grey and they are SO pretty! Well worth the money. There is even some light blue on the side to match the grey and there is a little bit of height to the sole which I love because I could use some inches. The only problem was they look vegan but came with a "free people" logo inside printed on leather which I realized was like a sticker so I am just gonna peel that off. I still had an ethical debate with myself if I should keep them and decided this time yes b/c from the outside they don't promote leather. I love how Free People offers so many vegan products. It would be cool if they dropped leather all together or at least try to leave it out of more products. Also I am a size 9 and had to exchange for a size 10 so they run small but again they might just be the prettiest shoes I have ever owned! 5.19.2014
