Oversized metal hoop necklace with wrapped dark chocolate leather, chain, and quartz crystal stone embellishment. Leather cord ties at the top. The stones on this necklace have color that is mixed from clear to smoky.

definitely doable
I hesitantly got this necklace after I realized a) it was going to be sold out before it went on sale and b) the one negative review about the necklace. I figured I could always return it and it seemed like such an interesting piece I thought I'd give it a try. Turns out, both points made in the previous review were right. The drop is only 15" instead of 17, and the crystals are definitely not clear as shown in the picture. Mine are a charcoal grey. But after trying it on, I still really like it. The drop between the brass hoop and the crystals makes them stand out, so I don't feel like it's all blending together. It's a really unique piece and I'm glad I got it while it was still available. In the picture I'm wearing it with the summer love affair tunic (because i love the two paired together as they did in the promotional picture for the sweater) which looks a whole lot better when the rest of me is there. Despite the color and length disparities, I'm overall happy with the purchase.

Really Wanted to Like This :/
This necklace really caught my eye. Sadly, the first necklace arrived with pieces of cracked crystals broken off in the bottom of the plastic bag. They were very dark brown in color. The tiny chains and all jump rings were all a dark rusted brown color (no variation as seen online). The drop of the necklace was only 15 inches and not 17 as described (which changes the look significantly). The description does mention that the crystals may be clear to smokey. I would have been ok with tinted very light grey colored crystals and variation in the color of the chains and jump rings, but since everything on the necklace was all dark brown except for the hoop, there was not enough contrast for me. I ordered a replacement asking for one that looks closer to the one shown online but was informed they could not guarantee this request. I took a chance anyway and received a second necklace that looked exactly like the first. I am sad this did not work out. If I could have gotten one that looked close to the one featured online I would have loved it.
