Cotton mini dress with horizontal pleated fabric design all over. Deep "V" neckline and drop back trimmed with raw edge light blue denim. Front of neckline is corset-style with embroidered laces. Laces area tasseled at the ends. Sleeves are short and puffed. Zip down back. Upper back has denim strap going across. Fully lined.

Small, poofy sleeves
I found this to run a full size too small. The sleeves looked ridiculous on my narrow frame. Way too poofy.
