This vest is awesome and high quality denim. I love the distressing on it because its not too much. When I first ordered it I got the small but it was much too big. It made my shoulders look broad and it looked closed. I am 5'5" 115 lbs. I sent it back and got the XS and it is perfect. It looks fitted but not too tight and I can still layer with it. I love it! I may get the white one.

LOVE IT!!!!! Goes with so many different looks...I am a BIG Free People fan I own many pieces and they are consistently GREAT!!!! I would recommend this vest. I hope you enjoy this as much I do. :)

Free People's sizing is often inconsistent for me so this doesn't come as a huge surprise. I'm 5.2" 110 lbs 34-26-35 and I was swimming in the Small. It was incredibly unattractive. I wanted a casual looking vest so I definitely don't want skin tight, but it was so huge it made me look like a linebacker. Also, because of how large it was it looked "closed" all the time. If you want a fit like on the model, I suggest sizing down one size. I'm still waiting on my mail exchange for the XS.

I ended up not getting this one but after trying it on in a Free People store, I was surprised by how much I liked it because ripped denim is usually so not my thing. It's actually a really nice color and quite flattering.
