The Feather Flapper Bag is made in China. The whole bag is basically handmade. This hand-drawn peacock design is a common one that appears throughout the years of Whiting & Davis. Each mesh panel is individually screen printed by hand. The metal mesh is hand-sewn to the bags and hand-connected along the seams and the bead fringe is hand-beaded.
