"been longing after this one for ages, and when it was on sale, all that was left was a large! I got it anyway and sewed it a bit tighter around the waist to make it fit, though as a large it sat on my hips perfectly. However, i thought it was too long that way. i always get complements!"

"I really wanted the brown in this, it's very toned down, the others are a bit flashy so I ended up with the deep rose. Well it has this waist band that you can't really wear at the hip, you have to wear it at the waist and that doesn't work great all the time. I love the idea, the pieces are very pretty, but it boarders on a slightly brassy look, it's also very shear."

"This skirt is beautiful! I got the dusty rose color and it fits perfectly. The length is great for me (5'8). The only thing I would change is the sheerness but I'm sure I can find some way to remedy that."

"So I tried this on in a department store and LOVED it, and they had it on sale for $99. I balked a little at the price and decided to double check FP and was STUNNED that it was only $39.95! This thing was crazy popular when it came out and it is sooo beautiful in person, it's totally worth snatching up at the amazing sale price. I got it in a small despite only being a size XS, but it is perfectly fine. That's the size I tried on in the store because it's all they had, and it does bulge a little where its sewn to the waist band, but it's not that big of a deal. I am short (5'3, 110lbs, 0/XS FP) and I plan on wearing this as a high-waisted skirt. It is so pretty and will look awesome with tights and boots now, layered with another maxi slip, and again come spring. It is sheer so I recommend wearing one of FP's bodycon slips or nude bike shorts to stay modest. But seriously it's a beautiful, quintessential free people piece, get it!"

"I fell in love with this skirt the moment I saw it in the store. It is so ornate and beautiful your eyes just can't get enough of it! I got the cream color and I'm planning on wearing it all year round. I think it would be paired cute with a cropped chunky sweater and tall boots. I found the sizing to be a bit small. I bought the large and it fits great. I usually wear a medium or large in their skirts so I just went up to the large. It is definitely worth the money!"
