"Make an incredible statement. Wear under crop tops/sweaters and shorter slips like the Voile Trapese and it looks great. Wear over longer options like the Slub Crochet Maxi. Wear as a dress over any slip with enough coverage from the bust down to the thigh (see model photo). Choose something in a contrasting color and the detailed knit pattern shows. Also great over close fitting, long, sleeveless tunics like a previous season's glitter crinkle tunic in the same color way. Fragile, lightweight, sheer and lots of give. Make it unique by layering it with your own creativity...go for it."

"This dress is beautiful, but not the fit. My size is medium in dresses, but with Free People it seems to be large. My build is lean and muscular and a medium was clingy tight. Not nice looking, revealed too much of your shape. No way to hide bloated stomach in this dress. Did not like the way the top part hung down away from your body giving you a larger girth. The transverse seam at the bottom was too snug. Can't see it in the photos but it made the fit too snug around the butt. Had to return."

"I had been looking at this dress for months and was so surprised when my sweetie gave it to me for Christmas! Wow! Happy he sized down to a medium for this one. It is form fitting but really forgiving. The lower skirt part really draws the eye downword away from the tummy and thighs, my problem areas. The weave is very delicate so you do need to be careful with it. I received the champagne and it is delightful. I experimented with different undergarments, (you can't really wear it with out a slip or camisole.) The pattern of the weave really stands out with a dark slip underneath. I tried it with a rich burgundy which looked amazing with some lace leggings. It's also pretty with any cream or nude colors. The best part is how comfortable it is. It's so light and airy it feels like you have nothing on but a slip! Wonderful for hot climates. It's a versatile piece so I plan to wear it all year and will treasure it for years to come!"

"I absolutely adored this dress, but it's just a bit too big and made me looked hippy and not like what's on the model. I'm only 5'1 but I was ok with where the dress came down to. However, I'm normally a S and I think an XS would have been much more flattering and more like what you see on the model. The S had no waist and the chest was baggie. Unfortunately, the XS is sold out! Totally bummed :(
If you are between sizes, I would size down. If you are not a full size, I would size down as well. It's a beautifully made dress. It is NOT LINED! So make sure you have a slip."
