Too much fabric for my 5'2" frame. It swallowed me whole and I tried on an xs. New rule, if FP doesn't show a side shot of the model, I'm not bothering with the dress. There's a reason you don't get a side shot and that reason is FRUMP! The frump meter is off the chart with this guy. It's all the ruching at the neckline I think.Too tent like. Size down if you give this a shot.

I ordered this dress for my cousins bridal shower cause it looks so comfy but yet elegant in the pictures! I ordered an xs but it was still big I am 5.5 and 130lbs!This dress is definitely not worth the money!I am returning it!!!!!

The colors are beautiful. The cut is shown well in the selection of photos. The only reason I am not giving this dress 5 stars is material (I prefer things of the more natural persuasion, cotton, linen, etc.) and the price. I am keeping it regardless because otherwise it's kind of perfect. If you were packing for a trip somewhere warm and could only bring one dress, this is it. You wake up and throw it over your swim suit. Great with flops. After the beach, belt it high in the waist and off to dinner you go. You can even sleep in it and start over the next day! Another groovy dress like that is FP's sunburst maxi (i have the ivory and washed out black which looks more like a midnight blue; love them both, fabulous for layering). I know I will wear this dress with boots too and a little jacket or tight tee (or both). As for sizing, I am 5'10" and about 125 pounds. I ordered the small and am exchanging it for the XS. There is a lot of room and fabric and while the shapeless thing can be groovy, you don't want to overdo and eke into dumpy. This much I know: I will wear the heck out of this dress.
