But I really luv the black color. Lots of the reviews like the olive and although its beautiful I took more of a liking to the black. Maybe its because most of my wardrobe is black :) Runs a little big in my opinion. I ordered it in a small because I like my sleeves long. Im 5'6 and of slender build if that helps. There is definitely enough room to wear a sweater without feeling like your a sausage. Well made and the details on the sleeves is stunning. A must purchase!!

I have been dreaming about this jacket for a while and decided to splurge and buy it. I initially got M since that is my usual size but it was VERY big. I returned it and got a S and it looks way better while still maintaining the oversized look. So now for the 4 stars....like other reviewers I noticed flaws in the craftsmanship. There are beads missing and some even broken on both sleeves. It's not noticeable from a distance but if I am paying this price I expect the quality to be there. I can live with it and am keeping the jacket since I'm afraid of exchanging it for a jacket with greater defects!

I received my parka today. I ordered it in black. I was afraid the material would be a little to stiff for my taste. I was delighted to find that is is very very soft! The decorations stand out perfectly against a nicely aged looking black. The fit is perfect. Finally sleeves that aren't way to long on me. For my height 5"4" I have long arms. I would order the same jacket in olive, but I have FP's olive parka with the flower decoration on the back, I still love it too. So I will fight the urge to buy the other color. Another great feature is the easy single zipper, no added weight to my front! Fits flat and flattering. Can't wait for cold weather.

Mine arrived today and I loved it out of the bag and even when I tried it on. Ordered my usual size Small and it fit me loose like on the model. However, upon inspecting the details of the coat I discovered that some of the SILVER BEADS on the upper right arm were MISSING and the left arm's GOLD THREAD WAS COMING UP AND OFF. I am very displeased with the quality of the item right out of the bag and it's going straight back. It may be pretty, but it should never have arrived DAMAGED.

I absolutely love this jacket! The embellishment is like nothing you see anywhere else. The jacket is definitely on the larger side but it s obvious that it is supposed to fit that way. It was a tad out of my price range but I have no regrets buying it. I highly recommend it. It is going to be perfect for the Fall-Spring!

when I first saw this, it had already sold out and I so I put my email address in just in case it came back in stock!! I am sooo glad I did...I have wanted this for almost a year and I finally gave in this time and ordered it. What a beautiful jacket and great detailing. The pictures do not do it justice...except the last one . It is a bit oversized but just right...it is a little heavier jacket so it's definitely for cool nights or winter. I have had some issues with FP sizing in the past...but more because I order off the the on line store...this one was right on!! Ordered a medium and I am 5"5 and 140 lbs...and it fits great. It's a keeper!

reviews speak for themselves LOVE LOVE this jacket, so although i could go on and on about it, everyone else already has so ditto....so i will just comment on how a medium fits someone 5'3, 130 lbs. well; not ideally but do-able. i waited too long and the Xs and S were sold out so i crossed my fingers and ordered a medium. when i first tried it on i was so sad cause it looked like a potatoe sack until i played with the drawstrings. i pulled it so the jacket bunched at the back and it looked great, front and back. i ended up stitching through the drawstring with my sewing machine so it stayed the way i wanted. worked perfectly. arms are still a bit too long, but i think it works cause of the oversized looked. so just if someone my size is considering the medium....if you really love the jacket, and dont mind an oversized look, with a bit of play it can work without it looking like you're wearing a jacket thats 2 sizes too big. with a bit of play...it looks like , its the intended look.
