"A black strapless body con dress underneath with a vintage white cotton lace bodice over this solid navy blue godet slip was just one of the ways I chose to wear this item."
"This slip is beautiful, I love the blue colorway. I immediately wanted to purchase it when it was featured in a FP email newsletter. But when I finally received it and tried it on it didn't look nearly as cute on me. Possibly because I'm shorter? ...Pretty in theory but not on me"
"This is such a fantastic layering item! It works well both over and under items and I am still finding new ways to wear it since I first picked it up in store in July. The length is great (I'm five foot and it didn't drown me) and the uneveness of the layers and slight crop in the front give your outfits an interesting twist. Also the very girly nature of the top can be paired with a more structured jacket or under or over a tee or tank for a nice contrast of hard and soft (cowboy boots are a must!). Oh and this is a slip so yes it is sheer so if you plan to wear it on its own you will need a bandeau. I bought the light colored one because the pattern was less obvious."
"so i bought this after like 4 months of debating ha, but i'm so glad i finally did! i bought it in the navy color XS im 5'2 104lbs for ref. 32A and it fits nicely on the body except you kind of have to manipulate is so it won't make you look wide, besides that the length is great but you definitely have to wear something underneath! well worth the price."
"I bought the champagne in an xs and absolutely love it. It's a piece that really will go with anything as there are multiple ways to wear it as either a top layering piece or a bottom layering piece. The little floral details are pretty, and the stretch is very easy and loose (ie: won't bulge in unsightly places). My favorite part about this piece is the way it drapes--the pattern for it is so uniquely done that the drape is high and low all throughout."
"This is very see through. It is definitely meant to be worn with something else. I just can't figure out what exactly... It also doesn't seem to ruffle as much as in the picture. Looks more like chunks of fabric hanging down in spots."
"I bought this in a FP store so I knew before I bought it that it was completely see-through. I tried to buy afew tops that were long enough to cover my bum so I could wear it as a skirt, but in the end I ended up buying the lacey layering skort in ivory to go underneath. PERFECT combo! it is one of my fave pieces because it is so versatile. I wear it with old Grateful Dead teeshirts as well as with nicer tops & heels to dress it up. I get SO many complements on it. Havent quite figured out how to wear it as a top, but as a skirt, its amazing with a lil somethin underneath! Very fragile though"
