-They look just like the photo
-They do not cut into my skin at all
-These are true to size but the back of the heel is narrow even for me and I have narrow feet.
-The gold is not a metal detail like I thought it was but a cheap material that began wearing off after one wear.
-These are very painful. I wear heels four the five days a week I think I'm well adjusted but these are like walking tiptoes on concrete. They don't cut into my feet or give me blisters but they are an extremely high heel and they hurt the balls of my feet.
- NO PADDING! The soles are very hard.
- You have to be careful about how you lace them. Too loose and you'll have no stability, too tight and your toe nail might fall off.
- Don't plan on wearing these longer than fifteen minutes.
- I will keep them because I love the look and they were a very generous gift but I will be taking them to a shoe repair shop to see if I can get the heel lowered, and will have to invest if some quality padding.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love these shoes. I've had my eye on them for months now, and decided to go for it, even though I don't usually buy shoes online because I never know which size to get. I did thorough research on Jeffrey Campbell shoes, not wanting to order the wrong size again. The reviews told me to go half a size up, and I did, but turns out I needed to size up a whole size on this particular pair. They're not snug, but either my toes are hanging out over the front of the shoe, or the heel is not quite in place. I usually wear a 8.5, and had to exchange my 9s for a 9.5. Can't wait for them to arrive! (Since I'm an international customer I had to pay extra import fees and exchange fees, but the shoes are still worth it!)
