This dress is really cute & cozy comfy & has the all important side pockets...the pattern of the material is so cool...I went with the 'miami night' (I have to admit, there is no blue whatsoever in the dress (as pictured)...it is grey, black & white & I actually like it in those colors...goes great with kickin' black boots or wrap sandals...it's a good weight rayon with the skirt lined only...the top tie feature is great because it's adjustable (you can make it sexy as you wish)...I usually wear an XS or 0 in FP clothing @ 5' 1" 95 lbs but in this dress I bought the 2...the 0 is too high waisted & looked silly...the 2 fits great with a little waistband tuck...can't wait to wear it...Thanks FP...:)

I just got this dress in the mail. It's not warm enough out for me to sport it yet. I got the Lily colored one. I really do like it but, I didn't think the colors in the picture looked at all the same of the color of the dress in person. Still pretty though. And a very fun cut. It will be a perfect summer dress.

i got this in my regular size, and it fits quite well. the sleeves and waistband aren't too tight. the top covers sufficiently well, but i'd need to wear a pretty bra with it. the length of the skirt works great (i'm 5'3"). the only slight issue seems to be that the waist ends up a little high. it's not necessarily bad as i find it more flattering that way, but then the pockets become a bit harder to reach. i got the miami night color, and as previous reviews and fpme pics have shown, it's actually grey than blue, which i wanted and think is better.

If you're expecting the pretty, pale, but vibrant blue shown in the picture, think again. The Miami Night combo is anything but blue. This is a black, white and grey dress all around. While this works out perfectly for me because I prefer those colors anyway, someone else may be disappointed. FP should consider better lighting that shows TRUE colors in their pictures. However, the dress fits amazingly. I'm 5'2", 130lbs, a little curvy and a lot of booty. This dress hugs me in all the right spots. The cutout starts at your natural waist line so that everything underneath flows away from your body perfectly. And if you tie the knot just tight enough, this dress can do wonders for your boobs. Which is always a plus, in my book. Wasn't willing to spend the $120 on it, but the sale price is more than fair for this amazing product.

Tried this on to no avail- it was a return to my local store and had been tried on by many, even the salesgirl said it was a difficult fit for a lot of body types. It fit extremely small, the tie front was too high and not breast friendly, the cut out was small and strangely placed ( to show the waist? abdomen? unclear)⦠It was overall unattractive.

I recently purchased this dress in a local department store. I thought it was cute and tried it on just for fun, but ended up really liking it. I usually wear a size 6 in FP dresses, but tried an 8 because it was the smallest size available. It fit very well. I am petite, but the length still hits above my knees. It is possible to wear a bra with this dress. I looped the tie once, then looped it between the front of my bra the second time. It held in place and did not move or come untied all night. If you are concerned about showing your midriff, only a small upper portion is visible and will be partially covered by the ties. This dress is very comfortable, cool, and attractive. Mine was well made and is easy to step into, without having to work the zipper at all. I think this dress could be attractive on many different body types. The skirt is lined and has small tucked and sewn pleats. The band at the midriff is wide elastic, but adds an attractive pleating. It reminded me of a 1950's swing style dress.

Originally tried my friend's dress in a 0, and totally agree on the cut of the waist being too high/childish - I ended up ordering size 2 and 4. (5'3, 102lbs. 32-24-34, 0/XS). The 2 is a bit short, but fits perfect or casually loose in the waist, depending on how I tied the front panel. The 4 is slightly longer but too baggy in the top half and waist, no matter how tightly I draw the ties. Also, at a >$100 price point, I don't expect to receive a dress with manufacturing defects..but I did. The exterior panel of the sz 2 right pocket has too much material, causing it to balloon out and ruin the silhouette of the skirt, whereas the left pocket lies flat. That and some loose threads means caveat emptor to anyone ordering online... On the other hand, the colours are beautiful, muted exactly like the original model picture featuring Erin Wasson, and only slightly darker than the current model shots. The fabric is a lovely (though easy to wrinkle) rayon georgette with a lightweight texture like silk. Hopefully the 2 will gain some length once I've ironed it, will be returning the 4. Overall an okay dress, would have loved it more if not for the defects/length.

I purchased this dress for my honeymoon and was not disappointed. My husband (!!!) loved it :) The color is a lot more vivid in person, which I was pleased with. It was a little on the short side (I'm 5'8), but I never felt uncomfortable waring it. Had to take away 1 star because the packaging from FP was so poor. When the dress arrived it was extremely wrinkled and cheap looking. After 20 minutes (I'm not kidding) of ironing it looked like a completely different dress. Glad I gave it a shot!
