"That's the state I'm in right now. For months I resisted this, fearing it was a) too red b) too big c) too neat and shiny d) not a real backpack but rather a faux one-shoulder thing e) too expensive. Then yesterday I saw it at a FP store and...how wrong I was. It is a luscious brown with only a hint of red (look at the closeups, not the model). It is the perfect size (somehow smaller and cuddlier on me than on the model and I'm only 5'1"). It is matte and weathered, even artfully faded in spots. It works as a real backpack as well as a shoulder and crossbody bag. And it is worth the money."
