"Hello! At 45" this will likely fall past your knees but not reach the floor (unless you are on the shorter side!) For reference, this dress is 48" (3 inches longer than the Princess gown)

"Hello, This dress has spaghetti straps, which can be seen in the zoom view through the eyelet shrug. Depending on your body type, you may be able to wear it strapless, but we recommend using the attached straps to keep it in place. Hope this helps! "
