FreePeople.com prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to US Dollars and excludes any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed. Some items are not available for export, including all large furniture items.

International Shipping

All international orders (except Canada) will be charged a flat shipping fee of US$35 and will be shipped via United States Postal Service International Express Mail*.

Orders are generally received within 3-6 business days from the ship date. Delivery will be made by your local postal service. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customers are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 day.

Some items may be unavailable for export. This includes all oversized items, such as furniture.

*Please note: Orders shipping to Falkland Islands, Suriname, Montserrat, and Montenegro will ship via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail.

Gift Wrap

We are unable to gift wrap orders shipping internationally.

Gift Cards

Gift cards shipping internationally will be mailed via Federal Express International Priority. Please note that gift cards are shipped separately from other items.

Returns

Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns

Canadian Customers

Canada Ordering

Please complete your order online or contact us at 800-309-1500 between 8 am and 12 midnight EST.

All Freepeople.com prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. Some items are not available for export, including all large furniture items.

Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a standard delivery charge of $20. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees assessed by the Canadian government. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the item. For additional information, please visit the Canada Border Services Agency.

Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via USPS Express Mail and are generally received within 3-6 business days from the date of shipment.

We regret that we are unable to ship to Canadian PO Boxes. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited
