They will be mailed to the gift recipient via US Postal Service First Class Mail and are issued in US dollars. Please allow seven business days for delivery. We are able to expedite Gift Cards for an additional charge.

To redeem a Gift Card for web site merchandise, select Gift Card as the pay method on the check out page, enter your Gift Card number and submit your order.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?
You may check the balance on your Gift Card by calling (800) 920-5656 or by visiting any of our Free People stores.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards that are purchased through the FreePeople.com web site or any of our affiliate Free People stores are bearer documents. FreePeople.com is unable to reissue Gift Cards that have been lost or stolen.
