Okay so I can't believe I bought this boots because they are so expensive. I usually wear a 7-8 depending on the style so I ordered an 8 (euro 38) and they were way too big. Felt more like a size 9 so I exchanged them for my normal size 7 (euro 37) and omg they are super tight across the top of the foot area, but fit perfectly length wise. I really like these boots so I decided to keep them and stretch out the top of the boot with stretch spray and stuff with a bunch of socks before I wear them. They are not distressed looking at all like they are in the photo, but I feel like after a couple of wears they will look distressed. I think once they are broken in/stretched out they will be super comfy.

I'm in love with these boots! They are stunning in quality and style. Although, they are not distressed, as they appear in the photo, I am sure it won't be long before they become distressed on their own. They are a litte loose. They're a little glossier than I expected, but absolutely beautiful. When I read in another review they're like "clown shoes" I was a bit worried, until they arrived: they are super cute and the toe is not enlarged from the metal cap toe and they're not bulky at all. I'm a size 7 and they definitely make my feet look small, flattering and they're the perfect combat boots. Free People makes it difficult not to indulge in these gorgeous boots. I don't think I can take them off!

I must say that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots! There is only one problem with them, however...
Because I love them sooo much, I want to wear them nearly every single day, so I had to take the plunge and buy TWO pairs, LOL! Did I mention I LOVE these BOOTS?! I have noticed others saying these boots run large, but I personally found them to be more true to size. If you prefer your shoes to fit without wiggle room, you don't want to size down more than one size as these boots tend to be a bit snug through the in-step, so keep that in mind, particularly if you have high arches. While they are a bit on the pricey side, please be assured that these are quality crafted boots with leather uppers sewn to leather soles (with non-skid mid sole) and, with proper care, should last for many years. Pick up these incredible boots before they're all gone, and thank you OXS and Free People!! Did I happen to mention that I LOVE these BOOTS?! **grin**

I LIKE these boots! I've had them for a little over a month, have worn them many times and received compliments on them every time! They are made well - with thick, soft leather and quality sole, stitching and hardware. The metal "cap toe" gets light scratches with normal wear but has not dented or deeply scratched at all. The color is a dark charcoal gray-black and has a nice even, vintage tone that's not too shiny. They do run a bit big (I'm 9.5 so I ordered a 10 but think I would have been OK with a 9) but I wear them with thicker socks and skinny jeans or cords and they look fine.
