"I just got my first pair in the mail and they exceeded my expectations! I love them so much I just bought a second pair in another color! Well worth it.
I was super nervous about the sizing since I'm a six and a half, so if you're unsure if you should size up or down... SIZE DOWN! They fit perfect."

"This boot has been on my FP wish list for a couple of months now. I just got them today and I'm still smiling about how great the look on. I tried these on when I got home after working 8 hrs in heels and didn't even notice my feet were aching anymore. I'm 5'5'' and 126 llbs. These hit just above the knee on me and I can wrap the strings around the top of mine just like the model.
A quick note the worn in, scratched up look in the photo is more apparent in person. I enjoy it but if you're expecting perfect spotless leather don't torture yourself."

"I am a true 8.5 and my foot is wide like a wok pan. I ordered a size up (9 black/brown), and may have to size down to an 8. I was expecting a cowboy boot type of sole hard-leather not flimsy-leather. There's extra leather around the ankle area. These are pricy; therefore, I was expecting great workmanship. I can't deny that I love- love these, though. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that these were from a bad batch of size 9's. I LOVE them-so will def exchange. :) To be continued..........."

"I got these boots and fell in love with them on the first wear. They're so comfortable and will be a great addition to my collection. The heel on the boots is perfect- not I'm really trying hard high, not so miniscule you wonder why they bothered. These boots can be dressed up or dressed down and will go well with dresses, pants, skirts, shorts. I'm an 8.5 and I ordered an 8. The 8 is perfect- not cramped at all. So, size down if you're a half size. They're expensive but worth it as these are going to become a go-to item in my closet."

"I read all the reviews, all 96, at the time I decided to buy these. I bought the blue combo and am very impressed with them. They fit great. I have thicker carves so was a bit worried they would not fit. But the laces accommodate. I am happy they look fabulous The zip does look flimsy, I hope it survives the wear I will be giving to my first JC's."

"got the boots some months back and they are gorg. mind you 'short people' you may have to fold the top of boot down a little since it may go over your knees. its great regardless.
one thing is that the taupe colour is lighter than the pics on here in person. i was surprised by that (though the taupe would resemble a dark shade of brown).
people fussing about the quality of the leather are being a bit dramatic. it's good!"

Beautiful boots on everyone else!

"I suspected these would not work on my curvy calves and I was right. My calves are not huge and I usually don't have trouble fitting into normal boots, they are just curvier than some so these boots didn't work because they are so straight. I was also disappointed that the khaki color appeared so much more green in real life when I was hoping for a rich grey like the photo, and there were also odd vertical striations on the shaft of the boot. Additionally, I am normally a size 9.5 and I ordered a 10 and they still pinched my toes so I found them to run small. Such a shame--they look so amazing on everyone else!"

"I REALLY LIKE TO SHOW THESE OFF! GREAT WITH DRESSES & LEGGINGS!!!! THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE TOO. THESE ARE TRUE TO SIZE AND THE COLOR FOR THE KHAKI ARE JUST AS SHOWN.
