I got this in the white colour and I have to say I really like it. The neck, cuff and bottom hem are all rough which gives it that "homespun" kind of feel, and the bell sleeves are wide enough to look good without being too wide (they won't get in the way or fall into your salad at lunch!). It is a bit oversized, though with the scooped neckline it just means I can wear it off the shoulder with a tank, and the white is sheer enough to have to wear a tank underneath it. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 for me was washing: the fabric tends to compact a bit even with gentle cold-water wash so I have to hand-stretch it a bit while its wet to get it back to the original shape or it gets shorter and wider.

At first when I opened this top I thought for sure it was going to be way too big. But to my surprise it lays perfectly. (I am 36 D, and a size 12). It's a really lightweight fabric; it will definitely need to be layered in the coming colder months. Nothing a thermal/poncho can't take care of. I like that it's lightweight because I am always looking for something to wear in September and October that is long sleeves but not so overly warm for the 60º days. This is perfect for that. The material is a little stiff at first, but once you wear it a few minutes it gives and becomes so comfortable. The sleeves are really cute. The top has a Janis Joplin vibe to it! Very awesome! â¥

I don't usually buy tee shirts, but the Plumberry color really caught my eye. I'm more pleased with the fabric than I thought I would be. It's described as semi-sheer but it's not. It's opaque and the fabric has a satisfying texture. The one disappointment is the sleeves. The pictures show long sleeves, but the sleeves are only three-quarter length. Frankly, I would not have ordered it if I knew the sleeves weren't long. However, it's a nice casual top in a pretty color at a good sale price so I've decided to keep it.

The top I received is more of a "crop top". It definitely did NOT cover the butt as pictured. Also, the sleeves came up to my elbows, not down to the wrist as pictured. I thought the material would be softer, it is a little picky to my skin. I bought it at full price and I would not even pay the sale price for this top had I known what it was really like. Maybe others did not experience this, but the top I received was not to my liking. I kept to wear as a top to clean the house in!

I got this is the pecan color in a size small. I love free people and I am usually thrilled when I find a cute shirt or something of theirs, but when I got this in the mail I was disappointment. I know free people sizes usually run a bit roomy but this shirt was very oddly fitted, it was not long like in the picture but it was wide in the shoulders and barely stays on. I washed it once the way it needed to be washed to see if it would loosen up because it was so stiff when I recieved it, I thought the long journey it had made it awkward looking; and it shrunk. Now the sleeves are about 2 1/2 inches shorter. I gave it two stars because I will wear it but it is not what was shown in the picture. To add salt to the wound this was bought with the little amount of birthday money I had and this was one of two shirts I had my eye on. I reeeeally wish I went with the other. and since I washed it I can't return it and even if I hadn't, the return policy is way to long and complicated.

I bought this in Pecan. Its a lovely colour---even better than in the photo. It is not too large and fits well. I love the sleeves, and have got several compliments since I have worn it.

Once again disappointed with material. Was hoping to wear this in Fall and Winter. Gave it 2 stars for the concept and cute cuffs. If it was a more substantial weight I would have kept and dealt with the sheer.
