i completely agree with the other reviewer - i felt exactly the same way about this coat. wanted to love it, kept trying it on hoping to figure out how to make it work - the fabric is just gorgeous but the cut is terrible - just like the other reviewer, i too felt like a bag lady - a luxurious one, but still a bag lady...it runs true to size in the upper part, but the rest is just huge and very unflattering!

I was so excited about getting this coat. FP coats are usually very high quality and very unique. I got this coat in size small. It fits OK in the shoulders but it is SUPER wide from under the armpits down. And I mean SUPER wide... With this coat I look like a homeless woman wearing an old coat.
The fabric is very pretty but the cut is way off. Also at the back it looks very weird because of how big it is. Even if I had taken the x-small I don't think it would have helped (also the fit in the shoulders would not be good probably?).
It looks much more tailored in the pictures and definately not as big as what I got.
If I had known it was cut like this I wouldn't have bought it, honestly. Now I am pondering over keeping it or sending it back, if I keep it, it will be only so that I could take it to a professional seamstress to fix the cut - there's definately enough fabric for that! However am not so keen about spending more money about this coat since I also had to pay for international shipping + taxes.....
I would say it fits true to size only in the shoulders / armpits... other than that - way too big....
