Wow! Love these pants!! HOWEVER...I ordered a size 8 before Free People had any reviews or measurements at all on the website and they were positively HUGE!! At my expense ($20), I have shipped them back in exchange for a size 6 which I am so hoping will not still be too big. At least the measurements are now on the website as well as some other reviews...Back to the pants...FABULOUS!! The color (fatigue) is ultra sweet...the holes are funky and they definitely are slouchy and stretchy. Very comfortable! They look great with all sorts of different tops, boots, and sandals...and the Free People rogue darby oxfords flats too!!I am hoping the size 6 fits and that I will keep them, otherwise it's another $20 to ship them back (I am in Canada). I wish I could recoup the shipping cost...ouch!

I purchased these in the plum in a size 29. I am 5'7, 160lbs (measurements: 38-28-38) and normally wear a size 6 or 8 depending on the brand. Size 29 usually works well for me in free people pants.
About the fit: I expected these to be relaxed and slouchy and they are. The only odd thing is the waist is really big in comparison to the rest of the fit. Like I can pull these pants on and off without ever unbuttoning the fly and yet the rest of the pants are relaxed in the right way. This will force me to wear a belt if I keep them. They do have a bit of stretch to them which makes them extra comfy but I am wondering if the legs will stretch too much and make these pants unwearable. I would recommend ordering 1 size smaller as I will probably exchange them for a size 28.
About the color: not sure why they call it plum, it is really a light chocolate brown. A nice neutral color.

these are a really great pair of pants. i was only a little bit disappointed because i ordered the fatigue color and they definitely didnt look like the picture, they were more brown and nowhere near green. but they are incredibly cute and comfortable, run a little large so i downsized, the waist is also a bit stretchy

I ordered these in Fatige size 6. I a'm 5'4, an a 28" waist. The color is an odd green shade that I was sure I wouln't like. I tried a few tops and sweaters with it and couldn't get the whole thing to come together. Then I rolled up the cuffs to look like a capri type style. I added the Boyfriend Deep V top in Brick Combo tucked in slightly in the front........and now I love them! They are a tad loose in the waist but a belt fixes that. They are a slouchy fit and look good full length with the Krist boot as well. I really love these jeans and the color is actually pretty cool.

Order 1 size down...no kidding!
The Plum color is a light chocolate brown.
Too many holes for my taste.
Those three reasons are why they do not get 5 stars. The twill fabric is a great weight and soft. The buttons are cute and the style is comfortable and easy. Make more colors Free Peeps!

I got these pants in the plum color, which is actually a medium brown, as shown in the photos. I usually have to size up in FP pants, especially skinny jeans, but I tried these in my usual FP size and one size down. My usual size was much too large. The smaller size fit perfectly. They are still a relaxed, boyfriend fit, but not so big they're falling off of me. If I'm going to wear pants with holes in them, I prefer them to be loose. I'm petite, so they're ankle pants on me, and unrolled make full length pants. I love the front pockets and the exposed button placket. The only thing I'm not sure about is the back pockets. They're very large and have large flaps on them, and because they sit so low, I think they make my bottom look droopy. Other than that, I love these, especially the brown color. I would recommend sizing down in these unless you want a really loose fit.
